Learn about our new accelerated BSN program

Roseman University’s accelerated online BSN program is for individuals who already have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a non-nursing major from a regionally accredited college or university.  The program is not located on the Roseman University’s main campus.  Instead, the program is located in a centrally located off-campus location where you will take exams and complete your faculty-supervised hands-on work in a state-of-the-art simulation lab.  Your clinicals will be completed at healthcare facilities throughout Southern Nevada where you will learn in an intensive clinical environment that will refine your competencies.

Graduates are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN in preparation for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada, and are also be able to apply for graduate programs of study in nursing.

Interactive, Not Independent

Our accelerated BSN program is a unique interactive experience.  It is not an independent or self-study study program.   Similar to a traditional class, you will work and interact with a group of other students guided by a faculty member.  You will have assignments, tests and projects in online and in-class environments, as well as hands-on learning in an on-campus simulation/skills lab and through clinical rotations at health care facilities throughout Southern Nevada.  You will have personalized attention by staff and faculty every step of the way, with advisement and virtual faculty office hours.

Getting Clinical:  Your On-Site Classroom

One of the advantages of our accelerated BSN program is that your clinical requirements are built into the program.  There is no waiting for a spot to complete them.  Clinical rotations are completed in such areas as medical surgical, obstetrics, pediatrics, gerontology, community/mental health and leadership/management.
